Common questions

The timer stopped or didn't update

Easy Fast uses local notifications and background time, both of which can be affected by iOS battery saving:

Open Settings → Easy Fast and confirm Notifications is allowed.
Open Settings → Easy Fast and confirm Background App Refresh is ON.
Turn off Low Power Mode while a fast is active if possible.

How do I change my fasting protocol?

Tap the protocol name above the timer on the home screen (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, 5:2, or Custom). Your choice applies to the next fast you start.

I lost my fasting history

Easy Fast stores all data locally on your device. If you reinstalled the app or moved phones without restoring from an iCloud backup, the local data is gone. To prevent this, restore from iCloud backup when setting up a new device, or enable iCloud Backup in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → iCloud Backup before any device change.

How do I cancel Easy Fast Pro?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Easy Fast → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro features until then.

I want a refund for a recent purchase

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by NextPixel Apps. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Easy Fast purchase, and request a refund.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Easy Fast by NextPixel Apps is iOS-only at the moment. An Android version is on the roadmap; sign up below if you'd like to be notified when it ships.

Is this app the same as the one on easyfastapp.com?

No. There are several apps that include "easy" and "fast" in their names. The app supported by this page is Easy Fast - Fasting Tracker by NextPixel Apps LLP (App Store ID 1645249078). We cannot help with apps from other developers.
