1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Easy Fast - Fasting Tracker ("the App") or by visiting easyfastingapp.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App and Site are provided by NextPixel Apps LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("NextPixel," "we," "us").

2. License to Use

NextPixel grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the App.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers an optional Easy Fast Pro subscription, billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under their refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Health Disclaimer

Important: Easy Fast is a tracking and information tool, not medical advice. Intermittent fasting may not be appropriate for everyone, including people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, people with diabetes or other metabolic conditions, people with a history of eating disorders, and children. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a fasting regimen.

NextPixel Apps does not provide medical, nutritional, or psychological advice. Information in the App and on the Site is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App or Site, including attempts to disrupt service, scrape large volumes of content, or violate any applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App and on the Site, including text, design, code, illustrations, the "Easy Fast" name as used on this domain, and the NextPixel Apps logo, is owned by NextPixel Apps LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

7. Third-Party Names

Other apps, brands, or websites that include "easy" and "fast" in their names are owned by their respective developers and are not affiliated with NextPixel Apps LLP. References on this Site or in the App to other fasting apps (e.g. in comparison articles) are nominative use only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextPixel Apps LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App or Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, except where the Apple App Store Terms of Service apply to a purchase made through Apple.
