Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Easy Fast: Fasting Tracker ("Application" or "App") and related services provided by NextPixel Apps LLP ("NextPixel Apps," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Apple App Store Terms

The Application is made available through the Apple App Store and is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the Application is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) ("Apple EULA"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls with respect to your use of the Application obtained through the App Store.

Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application. Any claims regarding the Application, including product liability claims, failure to conform to legal requirements, or consumer protection claims, are between you and NextPixel Apps — not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

2. Description of Service

Easy Fast is a mobile application designed to help users track intermittent fasting schedules, including fasting timers, history, reminders, and optional premium features. The Application is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Easy Fast is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Application is for informational and self-tracking purposes only. Fasting may not be appropriate for everyone, including pregnant or nursing women, individuals with eating disorders, diabetes, or other medical conditions, and children under 18.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any fasting program, diet, or exercise regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or track in the Application. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Application. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Free and Premium Features

Easy Fast may be downloaded and used free of charge with access to core fasting features. Certain advanced features require an optional premium subscription or one-time in-app purchase. Feature availability may change over time. We reserve the right to modify free and premium feature sets with reasonable notice where required by law.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

If you purchase a premium subscription or in-app purchase through the Application, the following terms apply in addition to Apple's payment terms:

6.1 Billing

All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. NextPixel Apps does not collect or store your credit card or payment details. Your purchase is subject to Apple's payment policies and the pricing displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.

6.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a premium plan that auto-renews:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate shown in the App Store.
  • Subscription length and pricing (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annual) are displayed in the App Store and within the Application before you confirm purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

6.3 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Easy Fast
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that period expires. Deleting the Application does not cancel your subscription.

6.4 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the Application or switch devices, use the Restore Purchases option in the Application settings (or App Store) while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

6.5 Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple, not NextPixel Apps. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Apple's refund decisions are final.

6.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Apple will notify you of any price increase in accordance with App Store policies, and you may accept the new price or cancel before the change takes effect.

7. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple EULA and App Store Usage Rules.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application except as permitted by law
  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application
  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Use the Application in a manner that could harm, disable, or impair the service

8. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by NextPixel Apps or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights in the Application — only the limited license described above.

9. User Content and Data

Your fasting data is stored locally on your device. Easy Fast does not collect or store your personal fasting information on our servers. If you use the optional food photo analysis feature, the image you submit is processed by OpenAI or Google Gemini as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

Easy Fast does not use analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. The only third-party processing occurs when you optionally use the food photo analysis feature: your food image is sent to OpenAI or Google Gemini to return nutritional analysis. We do not store those images on our servers. Your use of those AI services is also subject to their respective privacy policies.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. If you connect Apple HealthKit, that integration is handled within Apple's ecosystem on your device.

11. Disclaimers

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE, OR THAT FASTING RESULTS OR HEALTH OUTCOMES WILL BE ACHIEVED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXTPIXEL APPS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APPLICATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextPixel Apps from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Application. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Application or App Store listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
