How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone's Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Easy Fast → Cancel Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
My fasting timer isn't working correctly
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to the app settings and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Is my data backed up?
Your fasting data is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud backup enabled for your device, your app data will be included in your backup.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for.
