Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Easy Fast - Fasting Tracker mobile application operated by NextPixel Apps LLP.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Easy Fast, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

Description of Service

Easy Fast is a mobile application designed to help users track their intermittent fasting schedules. The app provides tools to start and stop fasting timers, view fasting history, and set reminders.

Medical Disclaimer

Easy Fast is intended for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any diet, fasting plan, exercise, or health program.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or used in this app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

Subscriptions

Easy Fast offers subscription-based premium features:

• Subscriptions are billed weekly or monthly at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored in the app
• All activities that occur on your device in connection with the app
• Ensuring that your use of the app complies with all applicable laws

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NextPixel Apps LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NextPixel Apps LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
